Terry Balagia - CEO

Terry Balagia is one of the West Coast.s most innovative advertising executives and creative directors. He was responsible for all creative for Toyota.s North American account during the strongest growth of that brand and led marketing and promotion for Fox Broadcasting during that network.s surge to first place, among countless other success stories. Mr. Balagia has won numerous awards, including the Clio (the advertising industry.s most significant award) and was nominated for the prestigious Pulitzer Prize.

Mr. Balagia was managing director and executive creative director of DMB&B Los Angeles. During his tenure, major national clients included General Motors, Proctor and Gamble, Phillips Sonicare, and Activision, among numerous other clients. Before joining DMB&B, Mr. Balagia was the executive creative director for Saatchi & Saatchi Canada. While with Saatchi, Mr. Balagia was responsible for all brands for all Saatchi Canada offices, including Toyota, Proctor and Gamble, Tylenol and Benson & Hedges, among many other brands.

Mr. Balagia joined Saatchi and Saatchi Canada from Saatchi.s Los Angeles office, where Mr. Balagia was responsible for the launch of every Toyota vehicle from 1991 to 2000. Every launch exceeded sales objectives and resulted in Toyota going from the number 4 automaker in U.S. to number 1. Mr. Balagia also led the new business teams winning such major national accounts as Target, Yamaha and Pioneer, among many others. Before Saatchi, Mr. Balagia was a writer for Grey, Campbell/Mithune-Esty and McCann Erickson.

In 2004, Mr. Balagia left the mega-agencies to lay the groundwork for what would become Snowball Media. Mr. Balagia created partnerships that specialized in digital and other new media and sought to bring maximum efficiency to the client.s advertising budget. Mr. Balagia also partnered with leading telcos to bring digital content to more than 60 million mobile customers in Asia. With his merger of those partnerships with digital agency ad2, Mr. Balagia created an innovative, client-centric, full service advertising agency specializing in the future of advertising: digital, Internet and mobile platforms.
